Seiryūken Moritoshi (青龍軒盛俊) is a name from Suō in the late Edo period, borne by one or more smiths, of whom only what the signatures say is known. One blade is signed 巌国山麓青龍軒盛俊造之 (Iwakuni sanroku Seiryūken Moritoshi kore o tsukuru), that is, he made it at the foot of the mountain of Iwakuni, and bears the date 慶應二年丙寅八月日 (Keiō ni-nen hinoe-tora hachigatsu hi), the eighth month of Keiō 2 (1866). The signature does not give the generation, and the reference works consulted do not record his training or his master.
