His record, on the official cards

The cards of his tachi at the NBTHK exhibitions carry his prize record from fiscal year 2009 up to the year before the work:

  • 2025 card: one Kunzanshō, one Kanzanshō, four Yūshūshō and seven Doryokushō.
  • 2026 card: one Kunzanshō, two Kanzanshō, four Yūshūshō and six Doryokushō.

The two cards do not tally: the 2026 one adds the 2025 Kanzanshō, but gives one Doryokushō fewer than the 2025 one (six against seven). We do not know which of the two is right. His family reports “three special prizes, four Yūshūshō and seven Doryokushō”.
